Parking

The parking garage of the Princess Máxima Center is intended for parents and children. You can read more information here. Visitors can park at P+R Utrecht Science Park.

Public transport

The Princess Máxima Center is located across from the Wilhelmina Children’s Hospital (WKZ) in the Utrecht Science Park and is easy to reach by public transport. From Utrecht Central Station, tram 21 goes to the Princess Máxima Center. Get off at the WKZ/Máxima stop, which is located directly across from our entrance. Bus 28 also stops at this stop. Visitors or parents who park at P+R Utrecht Science Park can take bus 28 or tram 21 from there to the Máxima Center. This is one stop and takes about one minute.

Bicycle

For children, parents, or visitors coming by bike, you can plan your route using Google Maps. Please note: the Princess Máxima Center is located across from the WKZ and has its own entrance for bicycles, mopeds/scooters, and cars/motorcycles. When you reach the WKZ, do NOT turn left toward the WKZ parking garage and bicycle parking. Instead, cross the tram and bus lane at the traffic lights and cycle onto the Hoofddijk. From the Hoofddijk, turn left immediately onto the paved road alongside our building, and continue until you reach the bicycle parking area, located to the left of the main entrance.

Bike parking: the bicycle parking area is located to the left of the main entrance. Access is free, but you do need an access card, which you can obtain at reception.
